My wife and I began to search for houses by ourselves thinking that would be a good approach but we couldn’t have been more wrong. We reached out to Chris who sat down with us to get a good understanding of our budget, desired neighborhood, type of house, property etc. There are so many things to consider when looking for a house, it could be overwhelming if you’re doing it alone, but Chris was calm, cool, collected and took care of everything. I’m relatively easy when it comes to houses. My wife on the other hand, knows exactly what she wants. In other words, my opinion meant nothing :) At first, we went to see houses that he knew we would like and dislike just to let us know what was out there and what houses would cost in different areas. He was more than accommodating when it came to questions and was very responsive through email and text. His job is to help find you the perfect home and that’s what he did. After 10 or so open houses, he sent us an email of a house that he knew we would fall in love with and we did. If you’re looking for an agent that will go above and beyond for you, call Chris. Chris helped us purchase our first home and he was wonderful throughout the entire process. Buying a home is very overwhelming, but he made the process as seamless and easy as possible. We went into the process with a wide range of home types/features and areas that we were willing to consider, trying to be as open as possible so that we didn't miss our dream home.
