Not only do I recommend Chris White as an agent, I almost insist upon working with him if you’re looking to buy or even considering to buy a home. 101% genuine guy, never steered me in the wrong direction. I explained to him everything I was looking for in my future (and now current) home and he made sure it happened. As a first time home buyer I was typically looking on Zillow and other similar apps and would fall into appealing or promising traps, only for Chris to steer me away from any bad choices and explain to me why he did so. This guy does his homework, and he would never let you settle or buy a home that will give you problems if you’re not up for it. To you, he’s your best friend. To the players/competition in the “real estate game”, he is an absolute WOLF and the man you want in your corner. Never once did I have to wait around for something to happen (as you know in the current market, time is of the essence). He MADE it happen. I cannot even count how many phone calls and emails he made on my behalf, at any given point of the day when I contacted him, and sorted any issue out. If it were not for him, I would not have bought my home this October!! 11/10 recommend!! I don't even know where to begin! When we started the house searching process we spoke with Chris. He not only got to know both me and my fiancé but he made sure he knew what we both wanted and what we both did not want even if they were different things! Before I met Chris, I had been through three other agents and looked at countless properties that just didn't fit what I was looking for. Chris was recommended to me by a mutual friend, and thank god that they did. Chris is not your standard real estate agent. From the start, you will realize that he goes above and beyond to make sure his client is taken care. He would take time to explain everything I did not understand, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout every step of the process. He was always at least a text message away and would respond as fast as he could. He was honest and told me what expectations were realistic vs what was not, which was huge for me. And he always had advice and guides on what to do next and what to expect in the next phase. Plus he helped me find my new home which I absolutley love. John gave us the absolute right advice for us to get the house we wanted for a price we could afford. He was available to show us the house when multiple family and friends wanted to see it before we made our final decision. John was very low key, and could discuss the problems and the potential honestly. When problems arose with the town records office, he took care of everything, in much less time than our lawyer predicted. Would definitely use again - but we are staying put for now.

Mary Macaluso did an excellent job helping me rent one of my rentals. I am a landlord and own 6 rentals and in process of buying additional home. I've worked with many agents over the years and Mary is one of the best I've worked with. We had updates going on at rental and had aggressive schedule and Mary jumped right in and set up showings up and did an excellent presentation. Mary Macaluso was recommended to us by a close friend who had a great experience with a recent transaction, as did their daughter separately. What a solid referrral. Two for two! Our house sold quickly, for a price we were happy with. We believe Mary's experience paid off for us there. But beyond that, because we relocated to a different state, we were not able to coordinate the many on-site steps and inspections involved in obtaining town permits for some older improvements. Mary's associate, Lainie Greenberg, cheerfully and energetically took charge of the process, helping to speed up the flow of the town paperwork and attending the inspections (she not only knew the process, she even knew the inspectors!) My wife and I began to search for houses by ourselves thinking that would be a good approach but we couldn’t have been more wrong. So for starters, I happen to work for in NYC for one of the top Realtors in the country. What can I say? Mary just sold our house finished and closed in 40 days. She is an amazing person who held our hand through a very stressful time and dealt with a few issues cool as a cucumber! When I first met Mary, I was selling a home in Bethpage. I had a few realtors come in to give me an idea of what the house was worth. When I met Mary, I felt so comfortable with her that I knew I wanted to list the home with her. She’s professional, knowledgeable and I felt like I had known her forever. The home I was selling in Bethpage was an estate. I remember Mary quoting me a price of what the home was worth and at first I didn’t believe her. I remember her specifically telling me, “I know my Bethpage market.” Well, Mary was absolutely correct about the value of the home as the offer we accepted was the exact amount Mary had quoted me for the value of the home when I originally met with her. Since I don’t live close to Bethpage, I gave Mary a key to the home so she could do showings. There were a few times I needed to make appointments to get certain things in the house checked or fixed and Mary was so helpful bc she would run to the house for me to check up on it or let a service person in to do work. Through the entire process Mary was so helpful. I truly felt like Mary was a long time good friend though the whole process. She helped make everything so much easier for me bc of the distance to Bethpage from my own home. After selling the house in Bethpage, my husband and I decided we wanted to sell our own home in Kings Park and upgrade to a larger house. We interviewed a lot of realtors from the Kings Park area but I just was not able to find the “Mary” of Kings Park. We finally decided, we need to call Mary and have her list our home for us. The first weekend on the market, we had an open house. Multiple offers came in and by the end of the following weekend, we were in contract for over asking price. Mary is truly an amazing realtor and she is a genuine person. I highly recommend her. I can honestly say, when my closing is over for my home, it will be so strange to not speak with her anymore. The day after I signed an exclusive agreement with Mary she began marketing our home. Mary had our home's listing information placed on several web sites and of course on Multiple Listing. Mary was also able to have our home featured in Newsday's Sundays Real Estate Section. Mary provided excellent signage on our front lawn that had a pocket attached to it for color flyers of our home with complete listing information for people to take. Each time that Mary and her team took a potential buyer to our home following the inspection she would give us a call with an update on their interest. Our home was sold very quickly and do to Mary's professional negotiating skills a purchase price was agreed to within days. A contract of sale was issued and until the contract was executed Mary kept use up to date on what was taking place. I only have wonderful things to say about Ms. Fiorenze. She held our hand every step of the way 5 years ago when we were first time home buyers. So, naturally when we decided that we had grown out of our home, Gina was the first person we contacted. We have used her in the purchase of 2 homes and the sale of one home and we could not be more pleased. She is prompt, responsive, thorough and fierce at negotiating. Furthermore, she is knowledgeable in 2 areas that could make or break your deal; crime rates of the local areas and potential home repair costs. Our walk-throughs with her were almost like a preliminary inspection as she always let us know the pluses and minuses of the home's condition. She has never steered us wrong and I have recommended her to my parents, friends and coworkers without any hesitations. Some agents are focused on locking their clients into a deal but Gina's main objective is to place her clients in the perfect home for them and will jump through hoops to make sure the process runs as smoothly as possible. She is highly competent, trustworthy, a wealth of information and also happens to be a wonderful person. I highly recommend without reservations.

Gina listed our house and we were very pleased to receive 99% of our list price. She was patient and found a house that both my husband and I fell in love with.
