Over the last 10 years Ted has been a top producer at Manhattan-based marketing agencies and software companies. His clients have ranged from multinational corporations such as Oracle, SAP, Samsung, and Twitter, to local businesses and direct consumers through his work with Fury Golf Company.
As the son of a commercial and residential painter, Ted’s interest in real estate dates back to his teenage years, where he spent summers working on newly purchased homes and new constructions for his father’s company.
Ted’s training in consultative sales and negotiation, paired with his hands-on home improvement experience have been a natural fit for real estate. He prides himself on gaining a deep understanding of his clients’ goals and the market landscape to offer guidance and solutions tailored to their unique needs.
Outside of real estate, Ted enjoys spending time with his wife, Nicole, and two young children. As an avid golfer, music enthusiast and self-proclaimed handyman, Ted spends most weekends on Long Island’s north shore golfing, hunting for vinyl records, or working on projects at his home in Old Brookville.
